Labor!!!! True or False?

No, I am not in labor. In fact, I believe that I will probably be pregnant forever. Has that ever happened? Just curious. :)

My problem is I have been having all the signs and strong contractions for soooo long. Every sign in the book....except the baby coming out. This past week seemed really productive and I was having regular, strong contractions all afternoon before the Dr's appt. I got there and she said 3 cm. Again. Same as last week. Labor continued until 11pm when it promptly stopped and the only reason I didn't get any sleep was because I had to go to the bathroom every hour. Argh. I know there is still a week before my due date and perhaps I would have been ok if I hadn't had false labor for so long. I am really trying to not get my hopes up when this happens. But it's tough.

Ah well. My sister went 10 days over with her last baby. Maybe that what I should shoot for and if anything happens, I will be pleasantly surprised. :)

I'm glad you posted because I was wondering how you were doing. Of course, I didn't think of just PICKING UP THE PHONE.

These days, it's almost like, "Honey, you didn't know we were pregnant? Didn't you read my blog?"

I think the more babies you have the more the baby likes to fake you out more. I was having serious false labor for weeks before Luke finally came, and then the midwife had to break my water because I was already at a 6 and they were worried if I went home I might not get back in time even though real "Labor" hadn't started. So weird. Keep holding on and she'll get here. I know, easier said than done.

Still no baby? :( We were hoping to see her on Sunday. You only have a few more days. lol I picked up a couple of outfits for her yesterday. I'll bring them up on Sunday when we come. Hang in there. I can't even imagine. I still have 11 weeks to go, and that seems like forever!

Poor Anna! How incredibly frustrating. I wish I knew some trick, unfortunately, time's the only one I know.

You poor thing. By the time Kenny was born I thought he was never going to come out with all the false labor I was having. I really hated the pressure.Good luck.
